Treated as an Art Form
Meats are sourced from the nation's top purveyors and low-smoked as long as they need — briskets run 16 hours. It lands on a metal tray with pickles on the side, the way it should.
The Pitmaster Series
Every summer Saturday, a guest pitmaster takes over the pit — keeping the kitchen learning and the menu surprising. A rotating tradition that gives regulars a reason to return every week.
A Stage Downstairs
The stairwell is wallpapered in concert posters — live music isn't a side feature here, it's the other half of what Green Hill is. Local bands, touring acts, late nights: food and stage carry equal weight.
Built for the Community
Regulars, the ferry crowd, winery visitors, the Saturday night crew — they all end up here. The owner has been buying neighboring buildings, and that says plenty about our plans.
